Complete an Online Application – our online application can be found on our website. Select “Enroll” then “Apply” from the menu on the left. Be sure to fill out the application for the school year you wish to apply for.
Receive Application Notification – after submitting your online application, you will be notified by mail as to whether your application has been accepted. This is NOT the final step of enrollment.
Receive Enrollment Notification – once you’ve submitted your application, you will also be notified by mail as to when you can begin the Online Enrollment Form. Your notification will include a unique SnapCode for each child you’re enrolling for the school year. Please use this unique number when enrolling. To enroll, select the “Enroll” action in the menu on the left. This will register your child for the school year in which you’ve applied.
Provide Documentation – please bring to the school the mandatory documentation before school begins:
-Hearing and Vision Screening Test (Kindergarten Only)
-Birth Certificate (Certifications of Live Birth are not accepted)
-Current/Up-To-Date Immunization Record or Health Department Documentation
*Only after all documentation and enrollment registration forms are completed can your child be accepted into Benton Harbor Charter School Academy*
Receive Acceptance Notification – once all documentation and enrollment forms are completed, your application will be reviewed and you will be sent a letter from the academy informing you of your child’s acceptance at Benton Harbor Charter School Academy.
