Benton Harbor Charter School Academy students learn how to code from Whirlpool volunteers

In celebration of Women in IT Week, more than a dozen Whirlpool Corp. employees held coding workshops for students in third and eighth grade.

They spent a few hours learning how to code doing various exercises. The end result of the code that they created was animated animals who responded to music.
